Single seat biplane fighter with unequal span wings.  Private venture to meet Specification 21/23. Possibly also a late submission to Specification 7/24. 525 h.p. Napier Lion VIII powerplant.
Type 567 Avenger II Type 566 with equal span wings and streamlined interplane struts. 553 h.p. Napier Lion IX powerplant.
