Type 52 Bullfinch
 
Single seat braced cantilever monoplane fighter to meet Air Ministry Specifications DofR Types 1 and 2.(later Specification 2/21). One 425 h.p. Bristol Jupiter III powerplant.
Type 53 Bullfinch
 
Two seat biplane derivative of the Type 52, created by simply inserting a fuselage section fitted with an observers position with Scarff ring and cantilever lower mainplanes.
