ARV-1
Super2 Two-seat, strut-braced, shoulder wing, tricycle landing gear
light aircraft, available either factory-built or as a kit. One 77 h.p. Hewland AE75 3-cylinder powerplant.
ASL Opus 280
As the original ARV-1 Super2, but fitted with an 80 h.p. Bombadier
Rotax 912A powerplant. The aircraft produced by Highlander Aircraft Corporation, SkyCraft International and Opus Aircraft
were the same as this.

Notes Jane's All the
World's Aircraft 2009 records that by August 1996, Highlander had sold six kits, two of which were flying by year end. However,
only one appears on the FAA database. CAA database G-INFO shows G-BMWJ going to Germany in late 1999.
The Super 2 owners website [1] speculates that it bacame N630A, one of the two aircaft acquired by Opus Aircraft Llc in the
USA (the other being G-BNGX/N870A).
