Ben-Air Ltd., of Condover, Shrewesbury, was formed in 1982 by ex British Aerospace and Britten-Norman employees to design and build the Sparrowhawk microlight. Nothing more was heard of the project.

A high wing, side by side two seater, it was a pusher design with the tailplane supported on booms, V-shated in plan. Structure was to have been heat moulded glass fibre wings and tailplane, with light alloy fuselage and tail booms. One 32 h.p. two cylinder powerplant.
