Human Powered Aircraft. It was a wire-braced wing with downturned wing tips. Power was to be provided by two people with treadles; the pilot would treadle with his feet and fly with his hands, using twist grips for roll-controlled ailerons and the pitch by weight shift control, the second person would treadle with both hands and legs. Power would be transmitted via a constant torque drive mechanism to a 10ft diameter fine-pitch propellor, mounted slightly below and behind the wing.The span was 70 ft, weight less than 90 lb.
