Type Description
- Coupé Mk.I
- High-winged, two seat monoplane of all wood construction. The wing structure consisted of two box spars of spruce and plywood, main ribs of similar construction plus intermediate former ribs, the whole plywood covered. The wings were mounted above the top longerons and vee-strut braced to the lower fuselage longerons. The whole of the space between the wing and the fairing of the fuselage behind the pilot is filled in with cellon. There was also a large cellon panel in the roof of the cabin. The wings could fold for transport and storage. The fuselage has a rectangular cross-section, decreasing in depth towards the tail, with spruce longerons and stiffeners, the whole plywood-covered. The fuselage had two doors, with accommodation pilot and passenger sitting side by side. The tailplane, of similar construction to the wings, was built as acomplete unit, and attached to the fuselage by four bolts. A split-axle undercarriage was mounted from the lower fuselage with the main legs fixed to the upper longerons; there is a laminated leaf-spring tailskid. One 75 h.p. A.B.C. Hornet powerplant driving a two-bladed propeller.
- Coupé Mk.II
- An improved version of the Coupé Mk.I, the fuselage was now built in two sections, the forward part now being wider and built of steel tubes bolted together, while the rear part retained the spruce and plywood structure of the Mk.I. Wheel brakes were fitted and a steerable tailwheel replaced the tailskid. One 100 h.p. Armstrong Siddeley Genet Major powerplant.
